4. Timeline & Delays
Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to design changes, material availability, site conditions, or external factors. Delays caused by the client (approvals, payments, access) may extend delivery time.

5. Design & Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and concepts remain the property of Maa Tara Interior & Developer Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be reused or shared without permission.

6. Warranty
Warranty is applicable only on selected products/services as specified in the invoice and becomes valid after full payment and project handover.

7. Cancellation Policy
Once a project is booked and work has started, cancellation is generally not allowed. Any exception will be at company discretion and no refund is guaranteed.
